What exactly am I billed for?
One flat charge per workspace each month: $0 on Thread, $79 on Labyrinth, $789 on Minotaur. Adding agents doesn’t change the number on any plan.
When does the charge land?
On the day you buy a paid plan, then on the same date every month. Each invoice is posted in Settings, under Plan and billing, the moment it’s issued.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Move up and the new features switch on straight away. Move down and the change takes effect at your next billing date, so you keep what you paid for.
What happens if I go back to Thread?
Your tickets, customers and help articles stay. Routing, SLA timers and automation rules pause, and the inbox is capped at three active agents, so you choose who stays.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings, then Plan and billing, and pick a lower plan or close the workspace. No call, no form. Billing stops at the end of the period you already paid for.
